Recently awarded a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Leadership and Management 2:1, combining strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organisational skills with a solid foundation in healthcare practice.

My extended research project, “Leadership Styles in Dentistry: The Influence of Human Factors in Healthcare and Workforce Retention in the UK,” deepened my expertise in leadership and healthcare management, linking directly to my professional interest in dentistry and patient care.
